Join us in our critical mission of developing Italian language studies and reinstating the AP Italian Language and Culture program.

Italian language studies programs serve thousands of students each year as they learn the beautiful Italian language and appreciate the rich culture, history, and contemporary life of Italy, one of the great nations of the Western world.

The cost of sustaining AP Italian may involve millions of dollars until the time that it becomes self-sustaining through an enriched infrastructure, teacher training, and increased student participation. As reported by the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages, in its Foreign Language Student 2007 Post-Secondary Planning Survey®, more students reported that they would choose to study Italian than any other foreign language.

We cannot allow AP Italian to be discontinued. Simply, it is too great a resource for the education and futures of America’s children and our society. We need your support to insure that Advanced Placement Program in Italian is funded in perpetuity.
